TANSTIA is member-based organization, we need professional volunteers to support MSMEs across the state. In exchange for your time and your support, you will develop network with wide people which will benefit you both professionally and personally. Volunteering is just as easy as it is rewarding.
As a volunteer, you can:
- Contribute to industry and organizational issues
- Train the MSMEs in technology and other required area
- Organize seminar / workshop for the betterment of MSMEs
- Skill enhancement of the MSMEs work force
- Exercise new leadership, teambuilding and communication skills
- Network intimately with industry experts and leaders
- Design “by members – for members? program
- Work collaboratively in order to foster a spirit of innovation and creativity
- Contribute firsthand to knowledge creation
